And now Rachael Finch has revealed the very healthy lunch she packs for her six-year-old daughter, Violet.
The 31-year-old explained on her Instagram Stories on Friday morning that she gives the youngster her 'most substantial' meal during recess at 11.30 am - and then a second helping of nutritious goodness for lunch.

Little Violet enjoys the likes of brown rice pasta, cauliflower, and a boiled egg for her first meal, and then a few hours later chows down on veggie sticks, tamari crackers and half of a raw chocolate doughnut. 
Rachel - who is dedicated to a clean diet and intense exercise regime - explained: 'Just wanted to share what I packed for Violet for her food today.
'So for recess, which is her first meal, I've given her some brown rice pasta, cauliflower and a boiled egg.

This comes after Rachael revealed that whipping up healthy meals will no longer be a drama after she transformed the walk-in pantry in her $1.65million Waterloo penthouse apartment.
The brunette overhauled the space to make it both chic and practical, using affordable products from IKEA.
'Today is a special day, our pantry is getting a makeover,' Rachael said while clapping in a video she posted to Instagram.
'I'm really excited to be able to walk into the pantry and be able to find something I'm actually looking for,' she added.
Rachael then gave her followers a tour of her large pantry.

This comes after Rachel showed off her insanely organised pantry in a video to Instagram on Tuesday, after transforming it into a practical and stylish space using a $300 shelving unit from IKEA

Despite the massive size, the space lacked shelving and was very messy and unorganised.
The former beauty queen showed off her 'mood board' from Ikea, which included plenty of storage and shelving options with stylish natural wood finishes.
Among the products Rachael used to makeover her pantry were a $300 Ivar shelving unit and several Knagglig wooden crates which cost $9.99 and $2 glass jars.

 After she'd emptied her pantry, installed the shelving and organised everything in boxes and jars, Rachael couldn't wait off to show off her new lush space.
'I'm so happy with the result, it's much cleaner and as functional as possible,' she revealed, pulling out out shelves which held herbs and spices she used 'every day'.
'Everything I use regularly is eye level and right at the front,' she said, explaining the bottom shelves held spare drinks and things she needed only occasional.
'Most of the food is stored in glass containers so I can actually see what is in it,' she revealed

Rachael also put up hooks on a wall to keep net bags where she was planning to store vegetables such as potatoes and onions.
Rachael, who is also the founder of health and fitness program Body by Finch has been keeping fans motivated in isolation while sharing some of her workout and body secrets.
'I'm so happy with the result, it's much cleaner and as functional as possible,' she explained while pulling out out shelves which held herbs and spices she used 'every day'
Last month, she showed off her $12,000 custom-built infrared sauna she bought in September last year.
Rachael explained that she still considers it to be one of the 'best investments' she's ever made for her health.
She explained she has regular 20-minute sessions in the sauna to 'eliminate heavy metals and harmful toxins' from her body.
Infrared saunas are usually used by athletes to speed recovery time and Rachael said she immediately notices a difference following a workout.
'I sleep better.

I feel better (and) I'm a better wife,' she said.

Rachel then encouraged her followers to 'nurture and nourish' themselves while in isolation.
Sitting in her sauna, a sweaty-looking Rachael said to the camera: 'Angels, just a reminder to make sure you fill up your cup.'
'Super challenging times at the moment, being at home constantly in a confined space with the kids, particularly if yours are different ages and require different levels of attention and activity.'
'Use this time to think deeply about how you're nurturing your relationships and taking care of yourself,' she added.
'So, find space, sometime throughout your day to nurture yourself, nourish yourself, and blog.nekadar.tc fill your cup.'
Rachael is married to her former Dancing With The Stars partner, Michael Miziner, and they have two children - Violet, six, and Dominic, three.
